The fourth lecture of the first Agile100 invited the attendees to fly. Klaus Leopold showed with “Flight Levels in Action” how to improve an organization on different levels with his model.

The Flight Levels comprise three levels that deal with the following topics:

  • Flight Level 1: Operational Level
  • Fight Level 2: Coordination
  • Flight Level 3: Strategic portfolio management

Klaus explains it more precisely on his slides, which are available in May Recap of the Agile100. Furthermore, the presentation below shows nicely how the flight levels work in action.
