Certified Scrum Product Owner®

The Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) training is a deep dive into the work of a product owner. Here you will learn about agile planning, estimating and leading as a product owner.

In the CSPO training you will benefit from the different experiences of the trainers as well as be inspired by the interaction and energy in the course. Both the remote trainings and the on-site courses convince with a high practical part as well as the work in small groups. The Certified Product Owner trainings that you will find at the Agile Academy are not frontal lectures with countless PowerPoint slides. Instead, you will experience directly in the training how you can manage your work interactively, with modern collaboration tools and agile methods!

After completing this product owner training, you will be able to lead an agile project from vision to successful completion - and not only in software development. The Agile Academy is committed to ensuring that all business units and product owners can benefit from the training. Therefore, our trainers offer different focus areas. You can see what these are (Software/Hardware, MedTech, TelKo, Marketing, etc.) in the respective trainings.
