In this Certified ScrumMaster Training you will learn how to build awesome products with Scrum. The Scrum Master Training is facilitated by our Certified Scrum Trainer Reza Farhang and the Course Language is english.
The focus of the Scrum Master Training is to learn the main tasks and topics of a Scrum Master and to learn how to apply them in your daily work.
The 2-day training will give you an overview of:
- Why and how Scrum works
- The Connection with Lean, Systems Thinking, Complex Adaptive Systems, Queuing Theory and much much more
- The management of Requirements with the Product and Sprint Backlogs
- Planning and Estimation with the Scrum Team
- Roles and Responsibilities in a Scrum Team
- Testing, Technical Debt and common pitfalls
The course consists of two days, facilitated by our Certified Scrum Trainer Reza Farhang. The first day will start with an introduction of the sscrum framework and from there on, we will dive deeper into Scrum, Agiel Frameworks and your job as a Scrum Master.
Since it is a two day event, you should have a basic understanding of Scrum before entering this course.
The Training will provide you with everything you need to participate in the written exam for your SCrum Alliance Certification. After completing the written exam, you will be a Certifed ScrumMaster and we will provide you the Certificate as well as a digital badge of Scrum Alliance.
You should read at least one of the following:
- The Scrum Guide
- Scrum & XP from the Trenches (2nd edition) - Henrik Kniberg (printed book will be included in the course material)
Reza Farhang
Reza Farhang, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). Challenges like leading change, continuous improvement (Kaizen), eliminate waste (Muda Mura Muri) and streamlining organizations is what Reza enjoys most doing. After completing his MSc in electrical engineering, he started his professional path as a developer, jumped into a team lead then Scrum Master role and later worked as head of development in several companies. Working since many years as Lean and Agile coach with different types of organizations, Reza stopped getting surprised how much a good process can improve productivity, quality and motivate employees. Today Reza is a member of Crisp in Stockholm Sweden, a company known for its unique approach with self-managed structures.
