Jem describes himself as a "nomadic coach who has been fortunate enough to serve well over 100+ teams over the past 15 years."
He has mentored teams in large, traditional institutions with lots of bureaucracy, as well as small, dynamic start-ups. Bringing the "art of the possible" to life in such diverse organizations and businesses requires both creativity and resilience.
Jem has successfully introduced Scrum and other agile approaches to a number of teams on multiple occasions, always with the goal of creating engagement rather than conformity. His desire to help and catalyze change has not always been successful. But it's the failures that have been the projects that have taught him the most.
