Experience

Between 2011 and 2017 he was a team and leadership coach at Spotify, the world’s biggest music streaming service. During the last 6 years of Spotify’s hyper growth he worked with a half dozen different leadership/management teams and dozens of delivery teams in Stockholm, San Francisco, New York and Boston, to help them align and continuously im- prove their software delivery. In his work Joakim often draws on his experience from Lean and Agile methods and Systems and Complexity thinking. He is also the author of Kanban in Action (Manning, 2014).
