As founder of Agilecoach.de, Marc Bless has more than 20 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Trainer, Scrum Master, Software Developer, Leader and Questioner, Solution-Focused Coach, Certified Enterprise Coach, Certified Team Coach and Executive Agile Coach. 

His passion is the fast and sustainable improvement of teams and organizations. He believes in quality as a success factor and strongly believes that quality is non-negotiable. 

As a coach, consultant and trainer for Agile software development, he helps organizations adopt Agile development methods and implement Agile values, principles and practices. 

In addition to applying agile methods in a regulated environment (medical technology), he has been able to build up a lot of experience in other industries. He accompanies companies on all levels - from top-level management to individual teams, he finds the right words to communicate agile change processes in an understandable way.

As an active member of the agile community, he regularly speaks on agile topics at international conferences. He studied General Computer Science and is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSP-SM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSP-PO) and certified Project Manager (IPMA).
