As a freelance consultant, diagnostician and coach, Dr. Nina Plum supports people, teams and companies to find and leverage their potential. Since she sees Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as a great lever for unlocking potential, she accompanies teams and companies in the introduction of OKRs as an OKR coach and also brings her experience in designing (agile) transformations to bear here. As a business coach, she supports executives in recognizing and leveraging their potential. Nina has done research on team diagnosis, team performance and team development and has completed various trainer and facilitator trainings and applies this knowledge especially in team development. As a certified aptitude diagnostician (DIN 33430), she offers services on the topics of career aptitude and development diagnostics, competence management and talent management.
Nina holds a degree in psychology and a doctorate in business psychology. Before she decided to start her own business in 2018, she worked on the one hand as a consultant for different consulting companies (Kienbaum Management Consultants, Capgemini Consulting) on the main topics of management diagnostics, leadership development and change management. On the other hand, she has been responsible for topics related to HR and organizational development in various HR expert positions as well as in leadership.
