Simon Orrell
Simon Orrell is een internationaal gerespecteerde agile coach en expert op het gebied van productmanagement met meer dan twee decennia ervaring in het transformeren van hoe teams en organisaties waarde creëren. Oorspronkelijk opgeleid als metallurgisch ingenieur, maakte Simon in 2004 de overstap naar de agile wereld, waar hij sindsdien organisaties heeft geholpen bij het navigeren door complexiteit, het mogelijk maken van samenwerking en het doelgericht opschalen.
Hij werd in 2010 een Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) en heeft aanzienlijk bijgedragen aan de ontwikkeling van scaling frameworks en agile leertrajecten. Zijn brede branche-ervaring omvat software- en hardwareontwikkeling, bouw en operations, financiën, verzekeringen en productie. Bekend om zijn pragmatische, systeemgerichte coaching, helpt Simon teams en leiders om silo's af te breken, productlevering te verbeteren en langdurige aanpassingsvermogen te bevorderen.
Simon brengt ook een mensgerichte benadering in zijn werk, beïnvloed door zijn achtergrond in muziek en engineering. Hij werd onlangs geselecteerd door Scrum Alliance om mee te ontwikkelen aan hun Scaling Agility curriculum, een weerspiegeling van zijn thought leadership en diepgaande praktische kennis.
