Dhaval Panchal est un consultant en design organisationnel, conseiller exécutif et formateur Agile accompli. Son expérience terrain s'étend sur plus de deux décennies, au cours desquelles il a travaillé dans divers domaines d'activité, notamment le Pétrole & Gaz, la Banque, l'Assurance, le Gaming et le Médical. Son leadership a façonné des transformations à l'échelle de l'entreprise — souvent dans des environnements fortement réglementés et marqués par des systèmes legacy — en modernisant les systèmes de livraison, en repensant les structures organisationnelles et en permettant aux leaders de favoriser des cultures d'apprentissage continu.
L'expertise de Dhaval est profondément ancrée dans la pensée systémique, et sa capacité à relier stratégie et exécution a fait de lui un partenaire de confiance pour les dirigeants supervisant le développement logiciel, l'ingénierie, le DevOps, la data et la gestion de projet.
