Simon Orrell
Simon Orrell ist ein international anerkannter agiler Coach und Experte für Produktmanagement mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Begleitung agiler Transformationen. Nach seinem Abschluss in Metallurgie entdeckte er 2004 seine Leidenschaft für Agilität und begleitet seitdem Organisationen in der Neuausrichtung auf Kundenorientierung, Zusammenarbeit und Skalierung.
Seit 2010 ist er Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) und engagiert sich aktiv in der Weiterentwicklung agiler Skalierungsstrategien. Seine Arbeit umfasst ein breites Branchenspektrum – von Software- und Hardwareentwicklung über Bauwesen, Produktion, Finanzen bis hin zu Versicherungen. Simon überzeugt durch sein tiefes Verständnis für systemische Zusammenhänge, durch das er Organisationen hilft, agile Denkweisen in der Tiefe zu verankern.
Als erfahrener Trainer wurde er kürzlich von der Scrum Alliance ausgewählt, um die Lernziele für den Kurs „Scaling Agility“ mitzugestalten. Mit seiner Kombination aus technischem Know-how, kultureller Sensibilität und inspirierendem Coaching-Stil unterstützt Simon Teams und Führungskräfte bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung agiler Arbeitsweisen.
