Dagmar Hebenstreit

Dagmar HebenStreit is a transformation consultant, coach, and co-founder of Agileus Consulting, based in Munich and Thuringia. Her career began at Testo SE & Co. KGaA, where she held roles in both business development and international management. She later joined Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner as a senior consultant before founding Agileus in 2017, where she continues to guide leaders and organizations through complex change.

Dagmar brings over a decade of experience in working with large-scale corporations, including Roche and the Zeiss Group. Her strength lies in her ability to bridge structure with sensitivity—combining strategic thinking, communication expertise, and deep emotional awareness to drive transformation that lasts. She views leadership not as a static role, but as a dynamic function that must evolve to meet the challenges of change.

Her approach is both holistic and grounded: Dagmar redesigns operational structures to make them more efficient, adaptive, and aligned with market realities, while never losing sight of the human dynamics at play. She is known for listening between the lines, interpreting nuances, and fostering trust during uncertain times. Outside of work, Dagmar lives in Munich and is deeply connected to her family. Cooking is her form of meditation, and she is passionate about sports, books, and travel. She has also been a certified professional dive master for over 20 years, embodying calm and courage both in the water and in her leadership practice.
