What you’ll get from this course

Being a great Scrum Master or Agile Coach is not easy. It’s not all about Scrum there is so much more. And even if it was all about Scrum – yes the Scrum Guide is not even 20 pages – but really mastering the framework is difficult.

This course is designed for people embarking on the journey to become great Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. It covers Scrum in detail i.e. the framework itself with all of the Roles (Accountabilities), Events, and Artifacts.

The course also takes a few steps back and explains what Agile means, when it is to be applied, and what its key benefits are. In addition to Scrum, we also cover Kanban on a foundational level as we believe that every Scrum Master and Agile Coach needs to understand it.

By completing the course, you build the knowledge to get started with the work of a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. You will know what you need to do and how at every step of the way. Mastering the work itself obviously requires a ton of practice.

  • Thoroughly understand the role of the Scrum Master and Agile Coach
