Agile Academy Campus

Real Impact, Not Just Inspiration.

Campus surrounds your training with everything that makes it count: an AI Coach throughout, one connected platform, and credentials that prove what people can do. The result is lasting capability, not a good memory.

The Problem

Stop Paying for Training That Doesn't Stick.

You have probably spent a significant budget on workshops and training programs. People come back inspired. Then the inbox piles up, the quarter accelerates, and most of what they learned is gone within a month.

The training/enablement budget paid for a short-term spike, not lasting change.

Most training initiatives don't stick. Not because the workshop was bad, but because nothing happens afterward.

The Agile Academy Approach

World-Class Training Was Never Enough.

Campus turns a one-time workshop into lasting capability. One AI Coach, one connected platform, built from day one to do more than train.

Here is how Campus makes it happen:

Assess

Know Where You Stand

Before the first session, Henrik runs a short onboarding conversation tailored to each learner's course or track. It maps where they stand, what to focus on, and shapes their personal learning path.

Enable

From Prep to Practice

Prep work, live sessions, video lessons, interactive exercises, and mid-course check-ins with Henrik. Campus brings live training and self-paced learning together in one place.

Sustain

Beyond the Workshop

After the workshop, more content stays available in Campus. Learners complete their certification exam, earn credentials, and keep developing with Henrik and the community.

Together, these three phases turn a training initiative into a capability that keeps growing.

What Campus Is

Three Things We Built. Now in One Place.

Over the years, we built three things separately: live training, a library of online courses, and our AI Coach Henrik. Campus is what happened when we stopped treating them as separate products.

It is not a Learning Management System with AI added on. Campus is the backbone of a sustainable learning journey, designed and built around Henrik from day one: every course, every cohort, and every credential runs through him.

The result is the lowest-barrier, highest-quality entry into an enablement approach that builds lasting capability and thus impact, not one-time attendance.

For HR and L&D

What if E-Learning Were Something People Actually Came Back To?

Most companies pay for e-learning that very few people actually use. Like a gym membership that collects dust.

The proven model to change that: give people a learning partner who nudges them, shows up consistently, and always knows where they are.
That partner is Henrik, our AI Coach.

Here is how:

Set the Outcome. Henrik Handles the Follow-Up.

Tell Henrik what the cohort should achieve: prepare for a workshop, continue learning afterward, or move to the next module. He decides when to reach out and when to stay quiet.

A Coach for Every Learner

Instead of waiting for learners to open a dashboard, Henrik checks in, follows up, and helps them keep progressing. Individual support at scale, without adding headcount.

Up and Running Fast

Start with a team list. Set up the cohort yourself or with our support. From there, onboarding begins, Henrik starts working, and you can see who is progressing and who needs support.

Proof You Can Take to the Board

See who is progressing, who has stalled, and where the cohort stands. Export survey results and submissions for more detail. The credential shows demonstrated capability, not just attendance.

You define what the cohort should achieve. Henrik coaches every learner individually, you see who is progressing, and your team is up and running in days.

For Participants

A Coach Who Keeps Supporting You After the Workshop.

Most e-learning leaves learners on their own. Campus gives each participant a coach who knows their progress, what they are working on, and acts on that context automatically.

Here is what participants experience:

A Coach Who Knows Their Context

Participants can ask questions, challenge the content, or work through a real problem. Henrik knows each learner's courses, progress, and the exact lesson they are working on. When needed, he can bring in a human coach.

A Path Built for Each Learner

Before starting, Henrik asks a few questions to understand what each learner already knows and where they need support. Their answers shape a personal learning path, so they can skip familiar topics and focus on what matters most.

Build Skills That Actually Earn the Certificate

Everything in Campus builds toward one thing: skills you can use at work, not facts you memorize for a test. By the time participants reach the exam, they have already practiced and applied the material. The certificate confirms what they can do.

Henrik Comes Directly to Them

Our AI Coach reaches learners proactively in their inbox. No login required. But the full Campus platform is always there too, with voice input, file attachments, and an exercise canvas inside each lesson. Both channels work, and the conversation continues either way.

Participants get individual support throughout the whole journey, without any of the friction that kills engagement in traditional e-learning.

The Credential

A Certificate That Actually Means Something.

When AI tools are just one click away, a multiple-choice score says little about real capability. Campus certifies what people can actually apply.

An AI Coach that knows the learner's context guides a real conversation. Correct answers connect to the learner's own work. Wrong answers lead back to the relevant content. The exam becomes part of the learning, not just a final test.

The credential proves you can apply what you learned, not just that you attended a course. Lifetime-valid, no renewal fees.

Proof

4 Early Signals.

90%
prep-work completion
guided email onboarding gets participants workshop-ready
97%
exam pass rate
participants who sit the certification exam pass it
75%
keep learning
continue on Campus after their live training ends
50+
coaching exchanges
average messages with Henrik per learner

These numbers come from early Campus cohorts. The pattern is consistent: participants complete their prep work, pass the exam, and keep using Campus and Henrik well after their live training ends.

Common Questions

The Campus interface is available in German and English. Henrik replies in the language you use. Courses are primarily in English, with most also available in German. Additional languages may be available through subtitles.

Campus is hosted on AWS in Frankfurt (EU). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Campus is GDPR-compliant. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Learner conversations with Henrik are completely private. No manager, admin, or colleague can access them. Campus is designed so that coaching conversations cannot be used to train AI models, and learners retain full control of their data at all times.

For the full picture on subprocessors, access controls, and compliance details, see campus.agile-academy.com/security.

Campus is intentionally a standalone ecosystem. That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Platforms like LinkedIn Learning or Udemy are content libraries: they deliver video courses at scale, and they do that well. Campus is built around something fundamentally different: an AI Coach that knows each learner personally, guided reflection, live training, and a community that keeps development going long after a course ends.

Integrating Campus into another LMS, or vice versa, would break exactly this experience. The coaching context, the continuity between sessions, the personal connection between Henrik and each learner's journey: none of that survives an LMS connector. If your organization already uses another platform, we're happy to talk through how teams use both, each for what it does best.
