The videos are as short and crisp as your host Holger could manage. And most of them have visual support — as we believe in the power of visual tools!
The course will also introduce and explain over 15 templates and canvases, so that after the course you will be able to actively use them in your daily work.
In addition to the approximately 4 hours of video material in the course, take advantage of our 70+ page workbook designed specifically for this course to make your learning journey sustainable. Holger will also introduce you to 15+ templates and canvases that you can download as course materials to apply to your work with customers and stakeholders.
Included in the course package is access to our Agile Academy Slack Community. Use the community to share and discuss your questions with other product people around the world. Here you will also find our Agile Academy team, who will be happy to assist you as a contact person.
This online course is primarily for product people like Product Owners or Product Managers who want to learn new ways of working that can help you reach out and collaborate with your customers better than ever before. It will give you tools to approach your customers and gain insights from them.

Yes, this is possible and we can only recommend it to you to add the live sessions if you don't want to learn alone and are looking for the exchange with your trainer and other learners.
If you choose this approach, you will get a total of 8 1.5 hour live sessions in a small cohort of maximum 10 people and Holger as your host for an additional fee of EUR 400 (plus VAT), in addition to the video lessons, workbook and templates.
Live sessions are held on a weekly basis and start at least 2x per year on predefined start dates. For the delivery we use Disco as a learning community.
Upon completing the course, you will earn a certificate by Agile Academy, a recognized credential that validates your skills and expertise in Agile practices.
