What you’ll get from this course

What is an Agile Leader or what does Agile Leadership actually mean and how does it differ from regular good management? The answers we found might be surprising. If you are a great manager i.e. someone who is great at both developing a business and developing people in an uncertain environment, you are most likely a great agile leader already.

For us, being an Agile Leader is all about having the ability to develop individuals, teams, and organizations in today’s VUCA environment. Most likely volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity won’t become less going forward… so the skills to deal with this environment will become more and more relevant.

Great Agile Leaders understand that the only way to address these challenges is through radical empowerment which requires radical enablement. Great Agile Leaders know that letting people take decisions without them having the skill nor the context for decision making is a recipe for disaster. Great Agile Leaders have the ability to strategically align their people, enable them i.e. build the capabilities, and empower them i.e. trust them to make the right calls.

This Agile Leader online course helps you understand what Agile Leadership is all about. It teaches you a terminology and framework to think about leadership in a more systematic way and shares concrete tools and techniques to create high-performing agile teams and organizations.

  • Understand Agile Leadership and embark on your personal Agile Leader journey
  • Learn systematic ways and techniques to create high-performing agile teams
  • Practice how to lead an organization's transformation towards more agility
