Daniel Hommel

Daniel Hommel is a versatile and experienced agile coach and consultant who supports organizations in navigating complexity and evolving through agility. With a professional background in software development and systems engineering, Daniel understands both the technical and human sides of transformation. Over the past 15+ years, he has worked across industries, helping teams and leaders rethink how they collaborate, innovate, and grow.

In 2024, Daniel founded yeah change GmbH, a consultancy dedicated to building future-ready organizations. His work focuses on realigning strategic direction, redesigning product and HR models, and enabling cultural transformation at scale. Daniel’s approach is rooted in systemic organizational consulting, team coaching, and interactive facilitation for large groups.

He holds several advanced coaching certifications, including Certified Team Coach (CTC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from the ICF, as well as ESIA SP and ITCA P from the EMCC. He served as President of ICF Germany in 2023 and continues to be an active contributor to agile and professional coaching communities.
