What is the Agenda of the Certified Scrum Developer Training?
The Certified Developer Training can be conducted by the trainers in two ways. These are the so-called Track 1 and 2 of the Scrum Alliance:
Track 1:
- Certified ScrumMaster Training (2 days).
- Technical Certified Scrum Developer Training including coding (3 days).
Track 2:
- Scrum Intro CSD Training (1 day)
- technical Certified Scrum Developer Training including coding (3 days)
- a selected technical CSD topic (1 day)

In any case, as a Certified Scrum Developer, you will know how to apply agile methodologies across the software development domain and learn to apply the benefits of agile engineering skills in the training.
Coupling formal agile training with an assessment of your technical skills makes the Certified Scrum Developer training a real event for software developers who want to develop a working understanding of Scrum and agile principles and deepen their agile engineering skills.
Who should attend the Certified Scrum Developer Training?
Primarily, the certification training is aimed at developers who want to create software in an agile way, e.g. using Scrum. A deep understanding of software development is essential for this course!
In addition, the CSD training is aimed at developers who want to go deeper into agile methods and practices and learn how to apply them in their daily work.
What do I get as a certification?
After completing the five days of training and successfully completing the CSD assessment, you will complete the certification course as a "Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)".
The assessment is based on an exam administered by the trainer that tests your knowledge of agile software development.
After the training, you will receive the CSD badge from the Scrum Alliance, which is valid for two years and which you can add to your profile.
