Building Psychologically Safe Teams: Four Steps to Success
This is a 6-module course that teaches team leaders and managers how to integrate psychological safety into their work environment.
Participants will learn about the four stages of psychological safety and gain hands-on knowledge, including aligning their team with a common language and developing an action plan. The course involves confronting personal biases and values, and is highly interactive and applicable. Participants will earn 10.5 CEUs upon completion. The course is based on research by experts including Timothy Clark, Brené Brown, and Adam Grant, and aims to help leaders transform their own leadership and incorporate psychological safety into their team(s).
Each participant will gain detailed, hands-on knowledge of psychological safety, including:
- Understanding psychological safety as a concept
- Learning how to use the 4 stages of psychological safety framework
- Aligning their team with common language, understanding, and conceptual framework
- Developing an action plan and next steps for each stage
By attending, you will earn 10.5 continuing education credits (10.5 CEUs).
