Agile Contracting Certification

This course is ideal for commercial and procurement professionals, legal teams, and contract managers looking to modernize their approaches through Agile thinking. No prior Agile experience is required.

You will learn how Agile principles apply to commercial contracting, how to implement Managed Investment Contracting, and how frameworks like Scrum, SAFe®, and Kanban influence value delivery through contracts.

Yes. After completing the training and a short multiple-choice assessment, you will receive the 'Agile Contracting Level 1 (AC 1)' certificate, issued by Agile Academy. It is valid for life and comes with no additional fees.

To receive certification, you will complete a 30-question online quiz. There are unlimited retakes, and it is designed to help reinforce the key concepts from the training.

The choice depends on what's most important to you:

• If you value practical application and want flexibility between e-learning and live training, Certified by Agile Academy is ideal.
• If you want to focus purely on the Scrum framework, Scrum Alliance could be an option. However, be aware of the ongoing recertification costs.
• If you just want to take an exam and are willing to pay the exam fees, then Scrum.org is an alternative.
