How do the A-CSPO training providers differ?
At the Agile Academy you will find independent trainers who put together their own training independently, according to the guidelines of the Scrum Alliance. This means that each training is unique.
The trainers educate you professionally and thematically and give you the chance to bring your experience into the training. In addition, each training includes a variety of case studies from the industries in which the trainer is and was active. You can learn more about the trainer, the agenda and the specific content by taking a look at the individual trainings.
What do I learn at the A-CSPO training?
The focus is on deepening your knowledge. The training is therefore aimed at advanced product owners. A so-called mandatory part is specified by the Scrum Alliance for Product Owners. Here, primarily scaling measures are provided. These include working with multiple teams or product development in the company. In addition, communication with stakeholders and, if necessary, competing interest groups takes up a part of the A-CSPO training.
Finally, free training content relates to selected case studies, the industry focus or the exercises and papers covered in class.
