Having held company directorship and senior leadership positions for over 12 years, Alex combines strategic vision with technical depth. As Practice Lead and Principal Trainer for CPrime, Alex is known for creating custom learning pathways that empower enterprises to navigate change without falling into the trap of one-size-fits-all frameworks. Alex Gray is a seasoned Agile trainer and transformation leader with over two decades of practical experience helping organizations evolve through agility. As a Certified Scrum Trainer®, LeSS Friendly Scrum Trainer, and ICAgile Authorised Trainer, he brings both depth and versatility to his engagements. His current role as Practice Lead and Principal Trainer at CPrime reflects his position at the forefront of modern agile education and enterprise-level transformation.

With over 29 years of experience working in technology teams and more than 20 years focused on agile practices, Alex has supported organizations across banking, healthcare, telecoms, gaming, and other complex sectors. He has also spent 12 years in company directorship and senior leadership, giving him unique insight into the organizational challenges that arise during agile adoption. His work spans team-level agility, large-scale transformation, and executive coaching, making him a trusted guide at every level.

Alex delivers a range of courses for both Scrum Alliance and ICAgile, and is particularly skilled in the design of custom education pathways to support large-scale change. He believes there is no single formula for agility—each organization must discover what works best in their context. His focus is always on enabling teams and leaders to think critically, collaborate effectively, and adapt meaningfully in a rapidly changing world.
