With over 17 years in the software industry, Khurram specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their goals by adapting new ways of thinking. His mission is to develop healthy, collaborative cultures where experimentation is encouraged, high focus is valued, and psychological safety enables people to thrive.
As an Agile Coach at Cytiva (formerly with PayPal, DPOrganizer, Snow Software, and Ericsson), Khurram works across Sweden and Pakistan with startups, SMEs, and enterprises in industries spanning Telecom, Software Asset Management, Data Privacy, and Financial Services. He excels at building both distributed and co-located agile teams, having pioneered approaches that decrease psychological distance in remote settings. Khurram co-trains with renowned experts like Tobias Mayer and serves on the Program Advisory Team for Global Scrum Gathering events, where he collaborates with Scrum Alliance staff to design international conference agendas.
Beyond his coaching work, Khurram is Co-Founder of PASE (Pakistan Agile Software Excellence), a platform dedicated to spreading agile awareness across Pakistan. Through his blog "Towards Agility" (khurrambhatti.com), he shares practical tools and frameworks including his Next-Step Canvas for reflection, the PIOSEE team coaching framework inspired by aviation crisis management, and methods for co-creating team cultures.
