Lothar Fischmann

Lothar Fischmann is a seasoned consultant, coach, and interim leader with over a decade of hands-on experience in agility and organizational transformation, working with leaders, teams, and executive teams to strengthen alignment, decision-making, and adaptive capability. Active in the agile field since 2015, Lothar Fischmann brings deep expertise across different industries, supporting both large transformation initiatives and focused leadership development engagements.

Across complex environments, Lothar Fischmann combines evidence-informed organizational design with pragmatic implementation. As a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and accredited CAL & CASP trainer, Lothar equips leaders to scale agile mindsets and practices throughout the organization. Current PhD research on organizational development in agile transformations further strengthens the ability to integrate different perspectives, understand emerging patterns and sense weak signals of organizational transformation.
