Rudolf Gysi

Rudolf (Ruedi) Gysi is a passionate advocate for agility as a cultural foundation rather than a technical framework. With roots as a developer, he experienced firsthand the satisfaction of delivering valuable products to happy customers. This journey began with his first Scrum project and sparked a deep interest in building better products and systems.

As an IT Quality Manager, he spent years exploring software quality, ultimately leading a milestone transformation: guiding the Swiss Railway's IT division toward agile ways of working. This achievement became a launching pad for helping other organizations navigate their own change journeys, fostering meaningful, value-driven workplaces and products that delight customers.

Since 2018, Rudolf has worked as a coach, trainer, and facilitator in various consulting firms. In 2020, he founded his own company, continuing his mission to support people, teams, and organizations through agile transformation. He believes in agility as a human-centered, purpose-driven approach that empowers sustainable success.
