Sriharsha B, affectionately known as "Your Agile Amigo," is a passionate Agilist, servant leader, and organizational transformation catalyst with over 20 years of IT industry experience across India and the United Kingdom. Currently working with JPMorganChase, Sri has built his career at leading organizations including Datatonic, Aviva, and Wipro Technologies, where he has consistently demonstrated deep knowledge of agile methodologies, best practices, and delivery models. Colleagues describe him as one of those rare individuals who is both friendly and personable while being calm, authoritative, and genuinely wise—his agile wisdom and ability to bring out the best in people makes him a brilliant positive influence in any business. Sri talks, lives, and breathes Agile, strongly believing in empowering and supporting team self-organization while enabling organizational leaders to create conditions where people can thrive.

As co-founder of APGI (Agile Practitioners' Group of India) established in 2015, Sri created one of India's most vital Agile communities—a forum where Scrum practitioners meet monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly to discuss experiences, share learnings, create awareness of Agile practices like SCRUM and XP, and openly discuss both success stories and roadblocks in practical implementation. This grassroots community-building work reflects Sri's commitment to collaborative learning and knowledge sharing. He is a life-long learner fascinated by meeting people, understanding the world from different perspectives, and continuously discovering new things—a curiosity that keeps him updated with the latest technology and project management concepts while also enriching his ability to connect authentically with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Sri is an accomplished international conference speaker and respected program reviewer. He has presented at conferences including Agile India 2017, where his talk "Scrum Master - A Full-Time Role?" challenged common myths about whether Scrum Masters become unnecessary once teams mature. He has served as reviewer for prestigious gatherings including Scrum Gathering Vienna 2019, Agile Alliance US 2019, and was proudly part of the European Gathering Team putting together conferences in Europe for 2020. He also works alongside Scrum Alliance to promote calls for abstracts, encourage diverse subject matter expert submissions, select and manage review teams of approximately 160 people, review and finalize session selections, identify potential issues, and provide feedback on policies and community trends. Sri was featured as a speaker at Scaled Agile's SAFe Summit in Denver, demonstrating his broad expertise across multiple agile frameworks beyond just Scrum.

Beyond his corporate and community work, Sri brings creative dimensions to his Agile practice as a member of Osage, a Bangalore-based theater group. This performance background enriches his facilitation and training work, making his sessions engaging and memorable.
