Tom Reynolds is a certified Agile trainer and coach with a career spanning over three decades in the IT industry, including extensive work with major blue-chip clients. Since 2007, he has focused exclusively on Agile and Lean ways of working, guiding organizations on their journey toward more adaptive, empowered, and collaborative cultures.
Tom is a Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Kanban Trainer, and an Organizational Relationship Systems Coach. He is also trained in personal and life coaching, allowing him to bring both a systems-level and human-centered lens to every engagement. His coaching is rooted in the belief that true agility is about embracing change, challenging old patterns, and growing trust within and across teams.
Known for his energetic and empathetic style, Tom creates safe, transparent spaces where individuals and teams can explore new ways of working and thinking.
