Can I earn Professional Development Units (by PMI) for Agile Academy online courses?

Yes, you can earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) for completing Agile Academy’s online self-paced courses. After successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate that can be used to report PDUs to the Project Management Institute (PMI). This applies to all our courses, including free ones like Scrum Foundations and Agile Fundamentals.

PDUs are part of PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements program. They represent the time you spend learning or contributing to the profession and are needed to maintain certifications such as PMP®, PMI-ACP®, or others. PDUs are categorized into Education and Giving Back, and our courses typically count toward the Education category under technical, leadership, or strategic topics.

After finishing a course, you'll receive a certificate with the course duration. You can then log the PDUs yourself through the PMI website, assigning them to the appropriate category based on the course content.
