Linda Rising gave a very important lecture, especially in today’s world and from an American perspective. Due to the political situation in the country, Linda is not only active in a non-profit organization that tries to bring the political camps closer together, but she also described her own way to more understanding.
With “How to talk to the Elephant”, Linda found a fitting metaphor for systemic thinking at the June event (Recap), which was made famous by Daniel Kahneman (“Fast thinking, slow thinking”). The calm narrative, the many insights from her life and a refreshing honesty made this a very special session that spoke from the soul of many listeners. But have a look at it yourself and learn more about system 1, system 2 and especially elephants 😉
