He has guided leading firms across Europe and Africa through agile operating model transformations, capability building, and leadership coaching—primarily in sectors like telecommunications, retail, banking, petrochemicals, and shipping. He was twice recognized with the UK Agile Award for Best Use of Agile in the Public Sector (2011 and 2014). Fred Pernet is a seasoned agile transformation expert with over a decade of experience supporting large-scale business agility initiatives. He collaborates with leadership teams to craft high-impact product strategies, implement agile operating models, and build learning organizations. His approach combines clear goal setting with lean execution, enabling sustainable delivery at speed.

Fred’s coaching spans startups, multinationals, and public sector institutions across Europe and Africa. Drawing from his background in enterprise transformation, he focuses on aligning product vision with customer value using tools like OKRs and JTBD. He helps organizations streamline governance, break down silos, and improve decision-making by building internal capability and strategic alignment across business functions.

Since 2014, Fred has partnered with McKinsey & Company, advising clients on Agile-Lean implementation, product thinking, and organizational design. His consulting has had particular impact in Telco, CPG, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, and Public Sector. Fred holds several credentials in business agility, agile coaching, OKRs, and customer experience design.
