Mohsin Shahzad

Mohsin Shahzad is a veteran in the software industry, boasting over two decades of experience across product development, agile transformations, and leadership. He is the Founder & CEO of Agile Beams, where he currently provides Agile coaching and consultancy at a global scale. Previously, he served as Director/Head of Agile Transformation and Head of DevOps & PMO at Afiniti, where he led critical transformation efforts.

He also led Product Development at the LMS EdTech startup College Builder, gaining experience in product leadership within the education sector. Recognizing the need for Agile collaboration locally, Mohsin founded Pakistan Agile Education, the country’s most active Agile community, focusing on raising standards and awareness in the Agile space.

Mohsin’s coaching and training credentials are extensive: he is a Certified Team Coach (CTC), as well as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) across multiple roles including Developer, ScrumMaster, and Product Owner. He also holds certifications as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Senior Coach (CSC), and various scaled Agile qualifications. He regularly delivers courses such as Leading SAFe®, SAFe POPM, CSM®, and CSPO®, drawing on deep practical experience to guide transformation.
