Tim Klein is an Agile Product Coach, speaker, and expert in digital product development. Over the course of more than 25 years, he has supported a wide range of organizations—from small businesses to large-scale enterprises—in both B2B and B2C environments. His mission: to foster product thinking that is not only agile, but also deeply anchored in real-world outcomes and sustainable impact.

As co-founder and board member of Die Produktwerker, Tim’s focus lies in mentoring, training, and coaching product owners, managers, and leaders. He helps teams move beyond mere methods and frameworks to embrace a culture of ownership, strategic alignment, and outcome-orientation.
