1. The PM as Agent Orchestrator
From prompting ChatGPT to designing multi-agent systems. Understand the autonomy ladder — a framework for gradually giving agents more responsibility, from showing insights to acting autonomously within guardrails you set.
You'll shift your mental model from "using AI tools" to "orchestrating agents" — designing systems where agents monitor, collect, and flag while you steer, validate, and decide.
2. AI-Driven Discovery & User Research
Connect agents to real product data, run AI-moderated interviews, set up continuous feedback collection, and auto-generate PRDs. Build agents that work between meetings to monitor, collect, and flag.
You'll stress-test hypotheses with agents connected to real data and learn to set up continuous discovery workflows that run without you.
3. Competitive Analysis & Prototyping
Set up continuous competitor monitoring agents, run perception gap analysis, and use vibe coding to go from PRD to testable prototype — directly in your existing codebase.
You'll build agents that continuously track competitor moves, analyze win/loss patterns, and generate prototypes you can test with real users.
4. Prioritization, Roadmap & Stakeholder Communication
Agent-driven reprioritization based on feedback, capacity, and revenue impact. Build agents that summarize insights and let your team self-serve customer data, so you stop being the bottleneck.
You'll create agents that prepare stakeholder updates, flag priority changes, and give your team direct access to the customer intelligence they need.
5. Launch Strategy & Governance
AI-generated ROI models with sensitivity analysis, multi-agent review of business assumptions. Responsibility and governance: who owns the decision when the agent acts? How to set guardrails and handle GDPR.
