Certified ScrumMaster®

In becoming a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), you will learn the essential components of Scrum: the values, principles, roles and practices. The aim of this Scrum Master Certification is to create a deep understanding of Scrum and to build an "agile mindset".

Together, we will learn what you should concentrate on as a Scrum Master and where your responsibilities are. With this knowledge, you will be able to solve the challenges that arise in your daily work.

Every Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) Training consists of at least 14 (remote) or 16 (in person) hours. If you click on the specific training that you are interested in, you will see what the trainer has to offer. Since Agile Academy is a platform, every trainer is able to add topics to the mandatory part.

After the successful participation and written quiz, you will be a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) by the Scrum Alliance, the biggest agile certification company in the world.

Who are the participants in the Scrum Master Training?

In our CSM® trainings we have participants with a very different background: from Scrum newbies to those who already have practical experience with Scrum. Exchanging experiences is a key element of our Scrum Master course.

In order to have a common basis to start the training with, we will provide you with some material in advance so you can prepare yourself for the course. Depending on your level of knowledge, this can take you 30 minutes to 4 hours. We only accept a maximum of 4 participants from the same company per training to ensure a better exchange of experiences for all participants.

If you are interested in a specific focus of the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) Training you have to take a look at the specific training from each provider. There you'll see if the trainer is specialised on a specific ancilliary topic or if they use examples from different branches, sectors and industries.
