Deep Dives

The "Path to CSP" advanced courses of the ScrumAlliance are the logical next step for all ScrumMasters and Product Owners who have already gained some practical experience after participating in the foundation courses Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) or Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®). Ideally the course participants already have at least 1 year of practical experience so they can share their challenges during the course and thus contribute to the exchange of experiences within the group. These advanced courses complete the repertoire of tools and techniques and provide the opportunity to connect with other training participants to broaden one’s own horizon. Our advanced classes fulfill the requirements of the ScrumAlliance to be able to get the certification as Certified Scrum Professionall® (CSP) after successfully completing the course.

Next to the detailed examination of the peculiarities of the agile development of complex physical products, a group coaching will be another highlight on the third day.  Here the participants get the opportunity to discuss their own projects and challenges.
